Goodwill Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The seal of each product is intact.
  • The packaging has not been tampered with.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

    Email us at silkandrootshairoils@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization
    We will provide you with Exchange Authorization (EA) details, including return instructions and the return address.
  3. Return the Product
    Send the product back following the provided instructions.
    ➤ Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under the goodwill exchange policy. Instead, eligible products may be exchanged.
