Return Policy

Goodwill Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day goodwill exchange policy.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The seal must be intact and the packaging untampered.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Get Exchange Authorization
    We will send you Exchange Authorization (EA) instructions and return details.
  3. Return the Product
    Ship the product as instructed.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under our goodwill exchange policy.

Damaged or Defective Products
